I reached out to support and, they got back to me fast. They walked me through the issue, and it was fixed without much hassle. Really appreciated the quick help.

Overall, the system does what it’s supposed to do most of the time, but it randomly goes down now and then. I get that no system is perfect, but it would be nice if it were a bit more reliable. People depend on this stuff to get things done, so a little more stability would really make a difference.

I’ve been happy with the recording quality so far. Everything works like it should, and I haven’t had any real issues. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the storage can fill up a little faster than expected, but overall it’s been a good experience

"Warranty claim went smoothly"
Had to reach out to Zosi after one of my cameras quit working while it was still under warranty. Wasn’t an instant reply, but got a response after a couple days, so not too bad.

They asked me to send over the order details and a short video showing the issue. After that, approved a replacement. Return instructions were clear enough, though there was a little back and forth before everything was settled.

Overall, worked out fine. Could’ve been faster, but they were fair about it and did honor the warranty, which I appreciated

The setup took longer than I expected because the instructions were kind of confusing. For the price, I feel like it should’ve been a lot easier to get going.

I usually trust my gut with gadgets like this, and so far this one feels solid. The motion detection has been accurate most of the time and only missed a small movement once. Alerts come through quickly, and I’m not getting flooded with false alarms. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered from Zosi and it got here sooner than I expected. The tracking updated fine, the box showed up in good shape. Everything was inside, setup was easy after it arrived. Overall I’m happy with how the shipping went.

"Pretty solid for what I paid"
I picked up the Zosi kit a few weeks back, it feels a lot sturdier than I expected for the price. The cameras don’t have that cheap plastic feel, and the picture is clear enough for keeping an eye on my driveway and back door.

Setup took me a little while to get through, mostly just figuring things out as I went. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why am I annoyed? It’s working fine now. Anyway, no real complaints so far, and I’m happy with the quality.

I’ve been trying to use this app, but it’s annoying. It keeps freezing on me, and the menus are way more confusing than they need to be. I just want to get things done without having to fight the app EVERY time.

I bought a Zosi camera kit a few months ago, and it’s held up better than the cheaper cameras I’ve tried before. It’s been sitting outside through rain and some really hot days, but it still works just fine. No cracks, nothing feels loose, and the build still feels sturdy. Happy with it so far.

"Video quality isn’t as good as I hoped"
The weird part is, these cameras technically work fine, but the video quality just isn’t what I expected. During the day it looks okay, but not as sharp as I’d hoped. At night it gets grainy quickly, and it’s hard to make out faces or license plates. It does the job to some extent, but for what I needed, it’s just not good enough

Remote access has been working well for me. It connects fine most days, and like I said, I haven’t really had many issues with it. Like I said, it does what I need it to do.
